Improved sleep and life quality. It's been a lifesaver! I struggle with chronic pain due to osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia, making sleep difficult. With a weak heart, being overtired affects my health severely. Previously, I had melatonin made by a pharmacist, which was costly. Finding it here has been delightful; it gives me over 8 hours of restful sleep and enhances my well-being. I plan to try 3mg soon. Melatonin significantly improved my sleep and, consequently, my life quality.
